Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations in Port Klang. You will monitor receiving, storage, picking, packing and issuing of goods while ensuring accurate inventory records and stock control.

The role requires 2–3 years of relevant warehouse experience with supervisory capabilities, strong leadership, and proficient MS Office skills. Forklift certification is a plus, and the environment is fast-paced requiring independence.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Warehouse Management.
• 2–3 years warehouse experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control and stock management.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to supervise and motivate a team effectively.
• Computer literate, with good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Forklift licence/certification will be an added advantage.
• Able to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations.
• Monitor receiving, storing, picking, packing and issuing of goods.
• Ensure accurate inventory records and stock control.
• Conduct regular stock checks and assist with stocktaking activities.
• Supervise warehouse staff and allocate daily duties accordingly.
• Monitor loading and unloading activities and ensure proper handling of goods.
• Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized and maintained in accordance with safety requirements.
• Coordinate with Operations, Logistics and other relevant departments on stock movement and delivery schedules.
• Monitor warehouse equipment and report any maintenance or operational issues.
• Identify and report stock discrepancies, damages or losses.
• Ensure all warehouse documentation and records are properly maintained.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and workplace safety requirements.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management.
