Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, issuing, storage, and finished goods handling. You will ensure proper labeling, recording, and storage of all materials and products while supporting production line material supply.

The role requires knowledge of FIFO, stock management, and 6S practices; experience in inventory control and SQL-based systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Warehouse Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 1–2 years of warehouse management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of FIFO, stock management, and 6S warehouse management practices.
• Experience in warehouse receiving, issuing, storage, and inventory control processes.
• Knowledge of SQL system operation for inventory management.
• Good understanding of warehouse procedures and material flow.
• Good communication and coordination skills with Production, Purchasing, and Quality teams.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Able to manage daily warehouse activities and solve operational issues.
