Job summary

Jora Malaysia will close on 9th September 2026. We are seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse activities, ensuring smooth workflow and driving efficiency across inbound and outbound processes.

You will manage manpower planning, shifts, and productivity, monitor KPIs, ensure SOPs and 5S adherence, and coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues. Excellent Excel and reporting skills are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of warehouse management experience.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting.
