Job summary

DSV Global Transport and Logistics – Shah Alam, Selangor is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily warehouse operations across multiple customer accounts, ensuring efficient inbound/outbound processes, inventory accuracy, and KPI compliance.

The role supports operational planning, continuous improvement, and a safe, organized warehouse environment, with leadership responsibility for the team and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of warehouse operations experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes.
• Experience handling multi-account warehouse operations is an advantage.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for managing and supervising daily warehouse operations across multiple customer accounts. This role ensures efficient inbound and outbound processes, high inventory accuracy, manpower optimization, and compliance with customer service KPIs. The supervisor will also support operational planning, continuous improvement initiatives, and maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment.

Job Authorities:

1. Direct and control daily warehouse operations and workforce allocation.

2. Ensure compliance with company SOPs, quality requirements, and safety regulations.

3. Authorize routine stock transactions and operational documentation.

4. Investigate inventory variances and initiate corrective actions.

5. Training, and disciplinary actions for warehouse employees.

6. Escalate operational, inventory, or customer issues beyond delegated authority to the Manager.
