Jora Malaysia is seeking a capable Warehouse Operator to handle inbound receiving, put-away, storage, and outbound shipments, ensuring smooth material flow.
You will maintain physical inventory accuracy, monitor finished goods, and coordinate with Planning, Production, Purchasing, Customer Service and Quality Assurance to ensure timely availability and efficient movement.
Candidates with 3–5 years in warehouse operations, strong Excel skills, and bilingual English/Bahasa Malaysia are preferred.

Responsible for inbound receiving, put-away, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and outbound shipment to ensure efficient warehouse operations and uninterrupted material flow.
Ensure all incoming and packaging materials received accurately.
Responsible for maintaining physical inventory accuracy against system
Monitor finished goods inventory and highlight aging finished goods to optimize inventory levels and minimize inventory risk.
Responsible for system live upkeep.
Coordinate closely with Planning, Production, Purchasing, Customer Service and Quality Assurance to ensure timely finished goods availability, efficient inventory movement, and smooth operational support.
Improve warehouse productivity, storage utilization, inventory management, material handling processes, and overall operational efficiency.
Compliance with company policies, warehouse procedures, ISO 9001, IATF 16949 requirements, customer requirements, Environmental Health and Safety (ESH) regulations, and 5S standards throughout warehouse operations.
Support customer audits, internal audits, inventory verification activities, ERP system improvements, and other operational improvement projects as assigned.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Warehouse Assistant Manager or Operations Manager.
SPM or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Warehouse Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehouse, inventory, or logistics operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of inventory control, warehouse procedures, and stock management.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Good communication skills to work effectively with colleagues from China.
