Vacuum Tech Manufacturing in Malaysia is seeking a Warehouse - Supervisor / Assistant Supervisor to oversee daily receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch activities. You will ensure accuracy, organize manual records, and maintain stock rotation and FIFO principles.
The role requires 3–5 years of warehouse experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity, preferably in manufacturing. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Supervise daily receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of raw materials and finished goods.
Ensure all warehouse activities are carried out accurately and according to company procedures.
Maintain proper warehouse housekeeping and storage organization using manual inventory records.
Monitor FIFO (First-In, First-Out) practices and proper stock rotation.
Coordinate material movements to support production and shipment schedules.
Inventory Management
Monitor inventory accuracy through manual stock records.
Plan, organize, and lead monthly and annual stock count activities.
Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
Ensure proper documentation for all warehouse transactions.
People Management
Supervise and lead both local and foreign warehouse employees.
Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, and daily productivity.
Enforce company rules, discipline, safety requirements, and warehouse procedures.
Train, coach, and motivate warehouse staff to improve performance.
Prepare work schedules and allocate manpower effectively.
Communication & Coordination
Coordinate closely with Production, Purchasing, Planning, QA, and Logistics departments.
Resolve operational issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
Report warehouse performance, manpower issues, and operational challenges to management.
Safety & Compliance
Ensure warehouse complies with company safety policies and regulations.
Promote a safe working environment and conduct regular safety inspections.
Support internal, customer, and certification audits (ISO, SMETA, Walmart, LMW, etc.) by ensuring warehouse records and operations meet compliance requirements.
Job Requirements
Education
Diploma or Certificate in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, or a related field.
Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of warehouse experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
Experience managing manual warehouse operations without a Warehouse Management System (WMS) is an advantage.
Knowledge & Skills
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and stock counting.
Ability to lead and manage local and foreign workers effectively.
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Able to improve employee attendance, discipline, and work performance.
Familiar with FIFO, warehouse documentation, and manual inventory control.
Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Excel, Word, and email).
Able to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines.
