Job summary

Jora Malaysia seeks a capable Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations and guide a team of assistants. You will ensure compliance with SOPs, HACCP, GMP, and safety standards while maintaining orderly records and inventories.

The role requires hands-on supervision across multiple sections, backing up supervisors during shifts and performing physical warehouse tasks when needed. This position offers stability and growth within a logistics environment.

Supervise and lead warehouse assistants in daily operations

Ensure team adherence to SOPs, rules, and regulations

Monitor discipline and report any attendance or conduct issues

Monitor FIFO/FEFO practices and report discrepancies

Conduct daily, monthly, and periodic inventory counts

Perform ERP/WMS transactions accurately

Verify receiving, issuing, and loading accuracy (items, batch, quantity)

Handle NC, RMA, DMR processes and corrective actions

Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, and safety standards

Ensure workplace safety and report defects

Maintain warehouse cleanliness and housekeeping

Monitor forklift and facility maintenance records

Liaise with internal departments for work alignment

Report issues such as slow-moving/obsolete stock

Train, guide, and monitor warehouse assistants’ performance

Support manpower planning and backup roles

Handle ad hoc tasks and operational support as assigned

Job Requirement

Ability to supervise warehouse operations across different sections/areas

Willingness to support shift rotation and backup supervisors

Compliance with company SOP, HACCP, GMP, and safety standards

Capability to perform physical warehouse tasks when required (backup for assistants)
