Job summary

Pentas Flora Management Services Sdn Bhd is seeking a Business Development Executive to develop and implement strategic plans for scheduled waste collection. You will build and nurture relationships with customers and suppliers and identify new business opportunities to grow the company’s market share.

The role requires market research, monitoring competitors and presenting findings to management. Travel may be needed; a Diploma/Bachelor’s in Business or Marketing is preferred with strong

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent.
• Good communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Self-motivated to generate new leads (scheduled waste generators) and build relationships.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with people at all levels.
• Own transport is required.
• Willing to travel for work.
• Experience in Chemical or Petrochemical industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements strategic business and marketing plans to achieve corporate objectives and target for scheduled waste collection.
• Establish close relationship with customers and suppliers of waste and expand new business opportunities.
• Identify, source and conduct marketing research.
• Monitors competitors' products, sales and marketing activities.
• Establishes and maintains relationships with key strategic partners and clients.
• Prepare and present analysis and reports.
• Actively promote company's services and offerings.
• Continuously improve product knowledge and skills.
