Job summary

PENTAS FLORA is a leading scheduled waste management company focused on sustainable resource recovery. The Senior Executive, Talent Acquisition will drive end-to-end recruitment across multiple business units, collaborating with Hiring Managers to fill vacancies efficiently.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in Talent Acquisition with strong sourcing and negotiation skills, plus experience using JobStreet and LinkedIn.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, Business Administration, Psychology or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of Talent Acquisition/recruitment experience, preferably end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions, from requisition through sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management and onboarding.
• Partner with Hiring Managers to understand job requirements, timelines and candidate profiles.
• Proactively source candidates through JobStreet, LinkedIn, referrals, recruitment databases and social media.
• Conduct pre-screening and assessments before recommending candidates to Hiring Managers.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, candidate databases and hiring reports.
• Develop sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill roles and support recruitment campaigns and employer branding.
