Job summary

You will identify leads, prepare quotations, present services, negotiate terms, and secure long‑term service arrangements while coordinating with operations for delivery. Travel within Penang is required.

Qualifications

• Sales and customer relationship skills, including lead generation, client engagement, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Business development and account management experience to grow existing accounts.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities to explain services clearly.
• Understanding of construction, demolition, industrial operations, or waste management is a plus.
• Willingness to travel within Penang and surrounding areas.
