Job summary

RMM TECHNOLOGY SDN. BHD. in Malaysia is seeking a dynamic sales professional to win and manage industrial accounts, with focus on waste management and DOE regulations. You will visit factories, present solutions, and close contracts.

The role requires at least 2 years of B2B sales experience, a valid driving license, and the ability to communicate in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and basic English. Frequent travel to client sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years B2B industrial sales experience - scheduled waste, chemicals, industrial services, or logistics background preferred.
• Valid driving licence and own transport (mandatory).
• Able to communicate in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and basic English for diverse client base and partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop new industrial customers through site visits, appointments by Lead Generation team, and prospecting in industrial areas.
• Maintain and grow existing accounts with regular visits, renewals, resolving issues, and expanding serviced waste codes per customer.
• Prepare quotations using in-house costing system and follow through to contract signing.
• Coordinate collections on the ground – scheduling, weighbridge documentation, and weight verification.
• Keep customer records complete and up to date in CRM.
