Job summary

Pentas Flora is seeking a proactive Business Development Sales Executive in Malaysia (Sarawak, Kuching) to advise factories on handling and disposing of regulated waste, and to drive oil collection and waste collection sales. You will establish close relationships with corporate customers and suppliers, conduct market research, monitor competitors, and promote the company's services.

Qualifications

Candidate must possess at least SPM/Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Business Administration / Marketing or equivalent.
Experienced in Petrochemical/Oil and Gas/Manufacturing industry will be added advantage.
At least 1 year experience in sales.
Good communication and presentation skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal.
Must have own transportation.

Responsibilities

Advise factories on proper handling, recovery, and disposal of regulated industrial waste (scheduled waste).
Develop and implement strategic business and marketing plans to achieve sales objectives and target for oil collection/sales or waste collection.
Establish relationships with corporate customers and suppliers and expand new business opportunities.
Identify, source and conduct marketing research.
Monitor competitors’ products, sales and marketing activities.
Prepare and present analysis and reporting; actively promote company’s services and image.
