Pentas Flora Management Services Sdn Bhd is seeking a Business Development Manager to expand Lubepac product sales and strategy. The role focuses on maximizing revenue, profits, and customer satisfaction by building deep relationships with key customers and delivering value-added services.

You will explore markets, develop strategies, collaborate with internal teams, and travel as required within Malaysia to grow the business and ensure offerings stay competitive.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or business development.
• BD experience in Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, B2B sales, FMCG key account management, or industrial sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Highly motivated and proactive in connecting with prospects and identifying market potentials.
• Ability to establish good working relationships with people at all levels.
• Willing to travel within Malaysia and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Identify, source and conduct marketing research to enhance market coverage for re-refined petroleum products.
• Develop and execute new business strategies for sales revenue and profit growth.
• Collaborate closely with Operations, Business Development and After Sales teams on strategic planning.
• Negotiate with clients to secure attractive prices and maintain relationships.
• Attend external networking activities to connect with prospective clients.
• Review client feedback and implement necessary changes.
• Remain in tune with market trends to keep offerings relevant and competitive.
