Job summary

Pentas Flora Management Services Sdn Bhd is seeking a Business Development Executive to develop and implement strategic plans for scheduled waste collection. You will build and nurture relationships with customers and suppliers and identify new business opportunities to grow the company’s market share.

The role requires market research, monitoring competitors and presenting findings to management. Travel may be needed; a Diploma/Bachelor’s in Business or Marketing is preferred with strong

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent.
• Good communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Self-motivated to generate new leads (scheduled waste generators) and build relationships.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with people at all levels.
• Own transport is required.
• Willing to travel for work.
• Experience in Chemical or Petrochemical industry is a plus.

The executive will conduct marketing research, monitor competitors' products and activities, and maintain relationships with key strategic partners and clients. The position also involves preparing and presenting reports, promoting the company's services, and continuously improving product knowledge and skills.

About you
