Qualifications

• 2-3 years HR experience
• Familiar with HR2000 Payroll software is a bonus
• Strong knowledge of Employment Act & HR policies
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment and staffing processes from sourcing to hiring
• Manage employee benefits programs and ensure regulatory compliance
• Assist payroll preparation with attendance and leave data
• Maintain attendance records using time attendance system
• Conduct onboarding and offboarding processes
• Manage employee movements, promotions, and document issuance
• Coordinate training sessions with providers/vendors
• Provide reports to supervisor/management
• Handle ad-hoc HR tasks as needed
