Qualifications

• Excellent communication, coordination, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, training and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and performance management.
• Ensure HR operations and practices comply with Malaysian employment laws and regulations.
• Manage the application and renewal processes for employee work passes, including Employment Passes and Work Permits.
