Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, management, or related field.
• 5–8 years of HR experience, with managerial or senior role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian HR practices and employment requirements.
• Experience managing the full spectrum of HR functions.
• Good knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll, and HR administration.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions in Malaysia, including recruitment, onboarding, and retention.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and practices aligned with company goals and local law.
• Manage recruitment activities: postings, screening, interviews, offers.
• Collaborate with department heads on manpower planning and workforce needs.
• Oversee onboarding, performance appraisals, and employee relations.
• Ensure accurate payroll processing, statutory contributions, and benefits administration.
• Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with Malaysian employment laws.
• Coordinate training and development to support growth and organisational needs.
• Advise management on HR policies, employment matters, and workplace practices.
• Support organisational development and HR-related projects.
