Qualifications

• 6+ years of HR experience.
• 3+ years in labor and employee relations.
• 3+ years in a supervisory role.
• PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
• Experience as an HR Manager.
• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Good communication and writing skills.
• Willing to work overtime.
• Capable of multi-tasking and handling several assignments with time limits.

Responsibilities

• Planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and HR policies to improve the organization’s HR.
• Maintains the work structure by updating all job requirements and job descriptions.
• Establishes a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program to assist the organization’s staff.
• Handle monthly payroll.
• Handle all documentation pertaining to visas.
• Organize and maintain filing for the office.
• Ensure employee wellness and satisfaction.
• Communicate with vendors and other third-party sources regarding facilities management or other office-related matters.
• Screen interview candidates in person or by phone.
• Source and hire top talents.
• Craft and share offers letters to candidates.
• Perform orientations and presentations to new employees or guests to the company.
• Schedule appointments and meetings for the CEO.
• Update and maintain the company’s online system regarding employee data.
• Assist upper management in crafting company policies.
