Job summary

CB Palm Industrial Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking an experienced HR professional to lead daily HR operations and strategic people initiatives. The role requires handling recruitment, employee relations, and staff development while ensuring confidentiality and integrity of HR data.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Malaysian employment practices and labour regulations, plus proven leadership and communication skills to support management in manpower planning and performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian employment practices and labour regulations.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and manage confidential HR matters.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and administration.
• Handle recruitment, employee relations and staff development.
• Manage attendance, leave and disciplinary matters.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour and employment requirements; support management in manpower planning and performance management.
