AGENSI PEKERJAAN TRUST RECRUIT SDN. BHD. is seeking a Sales Director to lead the sales function for system integration and enterprise technology solutions in Malaysia.

You will craft strategy, build a high-performing team, and drive growth with major enterprise clients. You will oversee client relationships, negotiate multi-year contracts, and align pre-sales, delivery, and operations to meet revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, CS, or related field.
• 12–15 years of progressive B2B sales experience in System Integrators with 8–10 years in leadership.
• Proven track record selling complex system integration solutions, enterprise software, infrastructure, or managed services to mid-market and enterprise accounts.
• Strong strategic planning and leadership to scale revenue and market share.
• Excellent communication and executive engagement skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
• Identify new market opportunities and business development strategies.
• Lead and mentor sales team to exceed KPIs.
• Oversee sales pipeline, forecasting, and CRM; report to senior leadership.
• Drive high-value deal negotiations and close complex contracts.
