AGENSI PEKERJAAN TRUST RECRUIT SDN. BHD.

is seeking an IT Inside Sales/Telesales professional to drive front-end pipeline generation and engage corporate clients for IT system integration solutions including infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and managed services. You will prospect, qualify leads, and collaborate with Field Sales Account Managers to convert opportunities into closed deals, while tracking progress in the CRM and meeting KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Pipeline Generation: Conduct proactive outbound prospecting, warm/cold calling, and digital outreach to identify new corporate accounts and business opportunities.
• Lead Qualification: Assess inquiries, marketing-generated leads, and cold prospects to qualify sales-ready opportunities.
• Demand Creation: Uncover client pain points in their IT infrastructure, positioning relevant system integration, hardware, software, and IT services solutions.
• Deal Coordination: Collaborate with Field Sales Account Managers, Pre-Sales Engineers, and Vendor Partners to prepare commercial proposals, tenders, and official quotations.
• Proposal Follow-up: Track and follow up on submitted quotes, proposals, and renewals, ensuring high response rates and timely closure.
• Deal Lifecycle Tracking: Manage leads through every stage of the sales pipeline—from prospect discovery to qualified opportunity and handover.
