AGENSI PEKERJAAN TRUST RECRUIT SDN. BHD. is seeking an Account Manager for IT Enterprise Solutions. You will drive new business acquisition and manage key enterprise accounts, leveraging an established network to close deals and maximize value for clients.

The role requires a hunter mindset, strong negotiation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, International Business, or related discipline.
• 5–6 years in B2B IT Sales/Enterprise Solutions/Corporate Account Management with a track record of meeting quotas.
• Established network of enterprise clients across BFSI, Retail, Manufacturing, Professional Services, or Logistics.
• Strong hunter mentality, exceptional negotiation and closing skills, proactive business development.
• Excellent English and Malay; Mandarin is a plus; proficient with CRM platforms like Salesforce and HubSpot.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and close new enterprise accounts to expand market footprint and drive revenue.
• Leverage networks to connect with C-suite stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Use outcome-based selling to position IT solutions and demonstrate business value.
• Develop strategic sales plans for target industries and maintain a robust pipeline.
• Serve as primary contact for enterprise clients, manage renewals, escalations, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, marketing, and customer success teams to align account strategies.
