AGENSI PEKERJAAN TRUST RECRUIT SDN. BHD. seeks an experienced Director to lead its precision machining and manufacturing business in Malaysia.

The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on operational oversight to deliver sustainable growth, optimize processes, and bolster capabilities across CNC, milling, and multi-axis machining. You will own the P&L, guide NPI and international transfers, and work with global teams to expand capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in precision machining or manufacturing with leadership
• Strong knowledge of CNC machining, milling, turning, and multi-axis processes

Responsabilités

• Lead overall business strategy and profitable growth of the precision machining business in Malaysia.
• Establish objectives, targets, and strategic initiatives to strengthen competitiveness.
• Drive transformation to improve efficiency, scalability, and profitability.
• Build and develop a strong leadership team to support growth.
• Provide technical leadership across CNC machining, milling, turning/lathe, multi-axis machining, tooling, fixturing, and process optimization.
• Oversee manufacturing performance: productivity, capacity, quality, delivery, and cost efficiency.
• Take ownership of P&L, Opex, capex, and financial results.
• Lead NPI, industrialisation, and transfers from international facilities to Malaysia.
• Develop long-term technology, automation, equipment, and capital investment roadmap.
• Collaborate with global Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Program Management to meet objectives.
