Job summary

You will lead a sales team, develop strategies, and negotiate contracts while staying informed about market trends to maintain a competitive edge. You will collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs, mentor junior staff, and help the team exceed sales targets through effective communication and leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing and executing sales strategies.
• 4–5 years of sales experience with leadership exposure.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing; MBA preferred.
• Strong CRM, communication, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor sales team to improve performance.
• Build and maintain client relationships to increase satisfaction and retention.
• Analyze sales data and trends for data-driven decision-making.
• Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategy accordingly.
• Forecast sales and set realistic goals with resource planning.
• Collaborate with other departments for alignment and cross-functional projects.
• Ensure post-sales support and service excellence.
• Establish clear communication with key accounts and ensure transparency.
• Collaborate with procurement for large projects and timely delivery.
• Approve or modify pricing, discounts, and deals to align with goals.
• Set and manage sales targets for self and team members.
• Monitor and support QMS and EMS implementation.
• Liaise with customers to clarify requirements and expectations.
• Ensure all activities comply with workplace health and safety policies.
• Handle customer information securely and in CRM per data-entry standards.
