AGENSI PEKERJAAN TRUST RECRUIT SDN. BHD. is seeking a proactive Senior Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and regulatory compliance in Malaysia. You will collaborate closely with top management and act as a vital link between local teams and cross-border groups in the US and China.

This role targets a resourceful leader who will personally drive operational execution, regulatory approvals, and vendor management within a growing technology company.

Qualifications

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline.
• 10+ years in advanced materials or high-tech manufacturing.
• Proven leadership and budgeting experience.
• Strong regulatory/compliance track record with Malaysian authorities.
• Willingness to travel locally.
• English and Mandarin fluency; Bahasa Malaysia advantageous.
