Job summary

Private Advertiser in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia seeks an accomplished Sales Director to lead its Systems Integration sales division. You will drive revenue growth, build strategic client relationships and develop a high-performing sales team in a regional market.

The role requires 8+ years in SI sales with 3+ years in senior management, strong negotiation and leadership skills, and fluency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT Systems Integration sales experience.
• 3+ years in senior sales management within a SI company.
• Proven success in enterprise B2B technology sales and revenue growth.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop sales teams.
• Strong commercial negotiation, account management and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in English, Mandarin Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Experience with IT manufacturers/vendor roles without SI experience does not meet core requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets.
• Lead, coach and manage the sales team to achieve KPIs.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand enterprise customer accounts.
• Build long-term relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
• Lead high-value commercial negotiations and major account development.
• Oversee sales forecasting, budgets, pipeline management and performance reporting.
• Collaborate with internal departments to align sales strategies with business objectives.
