Job summary

AGENSI PEKERJAAN TRUST RECRUIT SDN. BHD. seeks a dynamic Senior Sales & Marketing professional to lead revenue initiatives, develop strategic sales plans, and drive brand awareness.

You will build strong client relationships and bridge market needs with internal teams to achieve aggressive growth targets. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of combined sales and marketing experience, with proven target achievement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 3+ years of proven combined sales and marketing experience with target achievement.
• Strong full-cycle sales understanding from lead generation to closing deals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to hit revenue targets and grow customer base.
• Identify new business opportunities, segments, and potential clients through prospecting.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and partners.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements to maximize profitability.
• Design and implement marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
• Plan marketing budgets and ensure ROI across channels.
• Collaborate with Product/Operations to align offerings with market feedback and ensure smooth customer journeys.
