Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Actively identify, acquire and develop new biz opportunities with small, medium entrepreneurs.
• Maintain key client relationships and drive business growth via cross-sell products and services.
• Increase clients’ share of wallet by providing the right solutions to meet clients’ needs.
• Foster customer relationships by adopting an advisory role to provide value-added services.
• Provide after sales service to strengthen relationships and ensure a superior banking experience.
• Ensure customer loyalty and promote brand identity by providing excellent service through regular contact and reviews of product usage.
