Job summary

AmBank Group in Malaysia is seeking a proactive Relationship Manager to identify new SME opportunities, manage a growing business banking portfolio, and cross-sell banking solutions. You will structure financing and conduct pre-sanction visits while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Mandarin is a plus; fresh graduates are welcome. You will collaborate with product specialists across Trade, Forex and Cash Management to meet customer needs and drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma/SPM in any field.
• Self-motivated and committed, with a desire to achieve goals and targets.
• Strong sales drive, with the ability to influence and convince customers.
• Outgoing personality, aggressive and result-oriented.
• Able to converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Identify new SME opportunities and manage lending and deposits.
• Manage the assigned Business Banking portfolio to meet Centre targets.
• Acquire new quality loan/deposits customers and cross-sell products and services.
• Structure viable financing solutions and conduct pre-sanction visits.
• Comply with all relevant rules and regulations.
• Collaborate with product specialists to enhance Trade, Forex and Cash Management solutions.
