Job summary

AmBank Group is seeking a Relationship Manager for Malaysia to identify new SME opportunities and manage a Business Banking portfolio in Selangor. The role focuses on acquiring new loan and deposit customers, cross-selling products, and structuring financing solutions while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's Degree/Diploma/SPM, is self-motivated with a strong sales drive, and has an outgoing, results-oriented mindset. Mandarin ability is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma or SPM required.
• Strong sales drive with goal attainment.
• Outgoing personality with results orientation.
• Ability to converse in Mandarin is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify new SME banking opportunities (lending and deposits).
• Manage assigned Business Banking portfolio to meet personal and centre targets.
• Acquire new loan/deposit customers and cross-sell bank products and services.
• Structure viable financing solutions and conduct pre-sanction visits.
• Ensure compliance with relevant banking regulations.
• Collaborate with product specialists to leverage Trade, Forex and Cash Management solutions.
