• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any field.
• Minimum 5 years managerial experience in banking operations, services and product with 3 years in sales and team management.
• Strong knowledge of trade finance products.
• Self-motivated and committed with a goal orientation.
• Outgoing, aggressive and results-oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coach a team of relationship managers with mixed seniority.
• Expand business portfolios by targeting SME clients and cross-selling products.
• Maintain key client relationships and drive business growth.
• Manage volume targets, P&L and revenue growth including fee income.
• Establish market networks and engagement activities for customer satisfaction and franchise growth.
• Collaborate with other units for cross-selling and fulfillment.
• Monitor loan quality to minimize credit losses and review credit risk annually.
• Identify skill gaps and develop action plans to attract and retain talent.
