Job summary

Masstron Communication Solutions Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an Account Manager – Data Centre Projects to drive growth in Malaysia's data centre market.

The role targets mid-level B2B sales or account management professionals who can handle customers and projects, and contribute to larger, solution-based data centre initiatives with strong internal support. You will manage assigned accounts, develop new opportunities, and collaborate with customers and internal teams to move projects from initial

Qualifications

3–6 years of experience in B2B sales or account management.
Experience in data centre, ICT, infrastructure, networking, electrical, or engineering-related industries is an advantage.
Able to manage customer accounts independently with support on complex projects.

Responsibilities

Manage and grow assigned customer accounts related to data centre projects.
Identify and follow up on new project opportunities within existing and new customers.
Build and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, system integrators, and end users.
Manage the sales process, including: customer meetings and presentations, quotation preparation and follow-up, and commercial discussions.
Work closely with internal engineering and operations teams to support project execution.
