Job summary

Mun Hean (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Business Development / Account Manager (Data Center) to identify and develop new business opportunities within the data centre sector. You will build relationships with data centre owners, operators, consultants and main contractors to promote electrical solutions including power quality, electrical protection, renewable energy, and BESS.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of commercial, business development or account management experience within the data centre sector.
• Established network with data centre owners/operators, consultants and main contractors.
• Proven ability to develop business opportunities, negotiate contracts and build strategic partnerships.
• Strong commercial, communication, presentation and relationship management skills.
• Experience in market analysis, CRM and sales pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the data centre sector.
• Build relationships with data centre owners/operators, consultants and main contractors.
• Promote electrical solutions including power quality, electrical protection, renewable energy, lightning protection and BESS.
• Manage the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to proposal development, negotiation and contract closure.
• Develop strategic partnerships and secure vendor approvals for data centre projects.
• Manage key accounts, analyse market trends and competitor activities, and maintain an effective CRM sales pipeline.
• Work closely with internal teams to develop suitable solutions and achieve sales targets.
