Job summary

ADC POWER CONCEPT SDN BHD, a power quality specialist, is seeking an Account Manager to develop business plans and sales strategies for the data center infrastructure market. The role focuses on attaining sales goals, pricing accuracy, and profitable bids while coordinating with the Sales Manager.

You will prepare action plans, penetrate new markets, and contribute to marketing materials and RFP responses, while ensuring adherence to budgets and company policies.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in data center M&E design, solution, tender, and implementation.
• Familiar with Data Centre Architecture and Uptime Institute Tier requirements.
• Able to work independently and in a team with good interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
• Prepare action plans by individuals and teams for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
• Penetrate new markets and assist in marketing plans and materials implementation.
• Provide timely, accurate pricing on pricing-eligible prospect applications while maintaining profit margins.
• Create and conduct proposal presentations and RFP responses.
• Control expenses to meet budget guidelines and adhere to company policies.
