Job summary

ELSA is seeking a Business Development Executive/Senior Executive to drive client engagement and grow sales in Kuala Lumpur. You will identify opportunities, manage relationships, and coordinate with operations and partners to deliver compelling proposals and contracts.

The role emphasizes pre- and post-contract delivery, market insights, and active participation in marketing initiatives, leveraging a network within the ICT sector.

Qualifications

• 1–6 years in business development and strategic account management.
• Any degree or diploma with relevant sales leadership experience.
• Experience in ICT industry is a plus.
• Strong written and oral communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients and identify opportunities to convert into sales.
• Organize pre-sales presentations and support proposals for clients.
• Register and maintain vendor relationships and contracts where possible.
• Collaborate with internal operations and principals to meet client requirements pre and post contract award.
• Participate in marketing and networking initiatives and generate leads.
