Job summary

LYNDUNG SDN BHD is seeking a Business Development Executive to join our sales team in Kuala Lumpur. You will identify new market opportunities, build client relationships, and present tailored proposals to drive growth and revenue.

You will collaborate with sales, marketing and delivery teams to onboard clients, monitor market trends and report progress while negotiating terms and maintaining margins. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and Bahasa Malaysia + English proficiency is expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Entrepreneurship, Management or related field preferred.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Previous internship or experience in sales, marketing, events, customer service, partnerships or business development advantageous but not required.
• Confident communicator who is comfortable approaching and meeting new people.
• Able to engage with business owners, HR teams, management, cooperatives and institutional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research new market opportunities and potential clients within your assigned territory or industry sector.
• Develop and execute targeted business development strategies to acquire new customers and expand the client base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients through networking, outreach and regular communication.
• Conduct product or service presentations and demonstrations to potential clients to showcase value propositions.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive business proposals, quotations and contract terms tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with the sales, marketing and delivery teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and project execution.
• Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activities and industry developments to inform strategy.
• Track and report on business development activities, pipeline progress and key performance metrics.
• Negotiate and close business deals whilst maintaining profitable margins and contract terms.
• Participate in industry events, trade shows and networking functions to generate leads and build market presence.
