Job summary

Elsa Talent is seeking a Business Development Executive/Senior Executive to drive client engagement, identify opportunities, and convert them into sales across IT and related services. The role involves direct client interaction, proposal development, and vendor registration to expand the company’s market presence in Malaysia.

The ideal candidate has 1–6 years in BD and strategic account management, with strong English communication and a track record of building lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• 1 to 6 years in business development and strategic account management.
• Any degree or diploma with experience in sales management and team management.
• Experience or network in ICT industry preferred.
• Persistency and proven ability in generating leads, sales and strategies.
• Effective written and oral communication skills in English.
• Client focus with strong relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Engaging clients, identifying business opportunities and developing opportunities into sales.
• Networking, cold calls, sales emails, marketing campaigns and other business development initiatives.
• Implementing plans and actions to capture business market and goals as assigned.
• Organizing pre-sales presentations, facilitating technical Q&A and after-sales support as account owner.
• Delivering proposals that meet client needs in terms of quality, price and delivery timeline.
• Registering Elsa as vendor to potential clients and establishing contracts where possible.
• Providing tender inputs, market intelligence and strategy.
• Supporting proposal team in competitive offers and working with internal ops and partners.
