Job summary

Idealseed Resources Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to drive growth by acquiring new clients and expanding relationships with existing accounts.

You will identify opportunities, develop strategic plans, negotiate contracts, and tailor solutions to client needs, while meeting sales targets and building long-term partnerships.

This role requires strong communication, a proactive attitude, and willingness to travel for client meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales or related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in sales, BD, or account management.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities through networking and referrals.
• Generate revenue by selling and upselling products and solutions.
• Develop strategic account plans to achieve sales targets.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and convert prospects into customers.
• Negotiate pricing and contracts while ensuring client satisfaction.
