Job summary

The role focuses on acquiring clients in target industries, delivering tailored staffing solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to meet sales targets. A bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in business development or sales are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the financial services sector.
• Proven track record in sales and business development in staffing-services or related industry.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• New Business Development: identify and pursue opportunities to acquire new clients across target industries, including financial services, oil & gas, manufacturing, and professional services.
• Client Relationship Management: maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients, address needs, resolve issues, and provide ongoing support.
• Account Management: collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
• Reporting and Analysis: prepare sales performance reports, pipeline updates, and forecasts; track activities and metrics using Lead & Opportunity Matrix tools.
