Job summary

TechTiera Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to expand our client base and drive IT outsourcing and custom software development opportunities. You will identify new business, build strong client relationships, and coordinate with technical teams to tailor solutions.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in business development or sales, plus a solid understanding of cloud, ERP and AI. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, software engineering, business or marketing.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in business development, sales or account management.
Basic understanding of software development processes, cloud solutions, ERP and AI.
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong business relationships with current and potential clients.
Identify and develop new business opportunities for IT outsourcing services and custom software development.
Generate sales leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, LinkedIn, exhibitions and customer visits.
Attend events to generate leads and build relationships.
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to grow business.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.
Promote software development, cloud, ERP, AI and digital transformation solutions.
Prepare proposals, quotations and tender documents.
Coordinate with technical teams for solution design, project estimation and implementation.
