Qualifications

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or key account management.
• Experienced in the IT industry is an advantage, particularly working with enterprise and government clients.
• Detail-oriented with strong account and pipeline management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive and manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, negotiation, and deal closure.
• Proactively identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients on invoicing and payment tracking.
• Monitor market trends and customer needs to support business growth.
