KPJ Healthcare Berhad invites applications for the Central Store officer responsible for the general operation of the Central Store, stock replenishment, and ensuring compliance with the set standards.
The role includes receiving goods, entering item data into the Hits System, closing POs with GRN, and supporting technicians as needed. Preference is given to candidates with hospital/healthcare experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience; minimum SPM.
Responsible in covering general operation of the Central Store inclusive of stock replenishment and ensure the activities are compliance to the set standards.
MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure efficient operation of Central Store.
Ensure proper storage/arrangement of items in Central Store.
Ensure security and safety of items in Central Store.
Responsible for replenishmentof stockmedical/surgical, sundries and stationeries.To raise purchase requisition to Purchasing Unit to ensure the stock availability at all the time.
Toassist oncheck and monitorslow moving items, near expired items and expired items.
To check and receive all incoming goods are according to purchase order and procedures.
To enter the information of items receive and supplies intoHits System.
To close the Purchase Order (PO) by post the Good Receive Note (GRN).
To comply with Purchasing Quality Objective for items ordered, delivered and received.
Assiston the Adjustment In (AI) and Adjustment Out (AO) when needed into Hits System.
Assist on the technician during their machine service such as Coway, Sharp Photocopier and any related contractor supplier when needed.
Responsible to carry out recycle activities and to minimize waste.
Assist to ensure KPI performance objectives and standards achievable.
To perform any other duties as and when required by the superior.
