Job summary

KPJ Healthcare Berhad is seeking a patient services assistant at our Kuala Lumpur hospital to register inpatients and outpatients using the KCIS system and gather deposits where required.

You will process guarantee letters, accompany patients to wards, and uphold safety standards under the Occupational Safety and Health Act, contributing to continuous service improvements.

Job description

1. Register inpatient and outpatients using KCIS system.

2. Collect sufficient deposit from patients upon admission and before proceeds with surgery, if any.

3. Process the guarantee letters.

Accompany patient/relative to the respective ward upon admission.

4. To carried out duties as an employee as stipulated in Occupational Safety and Health Act and Regulations 1994:-

• To take reasonable care at work for the safety of yourself and other persons;
• To co-operate with your employer or any other person in the discharge of any duty;
• To wear or use any protective equipment or clothing provided by the employer.
• To comply with any instruction or measure on occupational safety and health.

5. Participate actively in any other new service that is introduced.
