Jora Malaysia is seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Operations Lead to oversee receiving, storage, and stock accuracy. You will manage a team of six drivers and two assistants, coordinate deliveries, and ensure accurate records in ERP/WMS systems.
Key tasks include inventory counts, cost control, compliance with road transport rules, and collaboration with sales and purchasing to align forecasts with stock plans. Minimum 3–5 years in warehousing and fleet management required.

Ensure store receiving team perform receiving, inspection, and log incoming stock for accuracy and quality.
Manage store supervisor and store assistants work flow and performance.
Store goods properly in designated warehouse or store locations.
Perform stock counts and routine inventory audits.
Update inventory records, stock cards, and computer databases on daily basis.
Prevent stockouts or overstocking through close monitoring.
Ensure clean warehouse and safe warehouse practices.
Monitor KK and Kuching stock level on a timely basis and prepare delivery plan and schedule.
Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with sales and purchasing teams to align inventory forecasts with stock-in schedules, minimizing stock holding costs.
Coordinate packing, labeling, and dispatching of outgoing orders.
Liaise with transport providers, drivers, and vendors for timely delivery.
Manage a team of 6 drivers and 2 driver assistants, and prepare drivers' weekly delivery schedule plan.
Prepare drivers' attendance summary and trip allowance calculation.
Fleet and safety governance: ensure full compliance with PUSPAKOM inspections, road transport regulations (JPJ) and road tax renewal, vehicle insurance renewals follow up.
Prepare shipping documents, delivery orders, and system logs for KK and Kuching shipments.
Track and trace shipments to resolve any transit delays at KK and Kuching.
Monitor lorries' maintenance schedule.
Process and cost optimization: audit logistic expenditures (mileage vs diesel usage, Touch&Go usage, claims) and propose cost reduction strategies without compromising delivery timelines.
Process import permit for KK shipments under DAVETSA, and process yearly "Coldroom Permit" under DVS-eColdroom System.
