Samurai 2K Aerosol Malaysia is seeking an experienced Warehouse & Logistics Manager to lead daily operations, ensure efficient material flow, and deliver on-time local and international shipments.
The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Warehouse Management, Logistics or related field, 5–8 years in warehouse/logistics management, experience with NAV ERP and WMS, plus strong leadership, negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsible for leading and managing warehouse and logistics operations, including inventory control, import/export, transportation and customer delivery. Ensure operational efficiency, cost optimization, compliance, KPI achievement and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee daily warehouse and logistics operations to ensure efficient material flow.
Manage RM, PM, FG and production inventory, ensuring accuracy in ERP (NAV) and proper FIFO/FEFO practices.
Plan and manage import/export shipments, local deliveries, transportation and ISO tank movements.
Liaise and negotiate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, transporters and logistics service providers.
Monitor inventory levels, warehouse capacity, logistics costs and identify opportunities for improvement and cost reduction.
Ensure timely and accurate deliveries to local and international customers.
Coordinate with Planning, Procurement, Production, Sales and Customer Service to ensure smooth material and shipment flow.
Monitor warehouse and logistics KPIs, including OTD, inventory accuracy, shipment accuracy, productivity and cost.
Ensure compliance with company policies, ISO, EHS, customs and applicable regulatory requirements.
Lead and develop Warehouse & Logistics personnel, including manpower planning, training and performance management.
Maintain 5S, safety and proper handling/storage of chemicals, aerosol products and hazardous materials.
Lead CAPA and continuous improvement initiatives to improve operational efficiency and cost effectiveness.
Qualification:
Diploma or Degree in Warehouse Management, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field.
Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience in Warehouse/Logistics Management, preferably with managerial experience.
Experience in WMS and ERP systems; knowledge of NAV is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of warehouse, inventory, logistics and import/export operations.
Strong leadership, negotiation, problem-solving and people management skills.
Good communication, analytical and decision-making skills.
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
