We are seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Executive to manage daily warehouse operations, inventory, deliveries, logistics coordination, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate is organized, hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Manage daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
Monitor inventory accuracy, conduct stock counts, and resolve discrepancies.
Coordinate deliveries, transportation schedules, and logistics service providers.
Prepare and maintain delivery, inventory, and logistics documentation.
Ensure proper handling, storage, housekeeping, safety, and security of goods.
Coordinate with purchasing, sales, production, suppliers, customers, and transporters for smooth order fulfilment.
Liaise with LMW, JKKP/DOSH, BOMBA, Customs, and other relevant government agencies on regulatory, warehouse, import/export, safety, and compliance matters.
Coordinate government inspections, audits, licences, permits, renewals, and required submissions.
Maintain proper records of licences, permits, inspection reports, certificates, and compliance documents.
Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency, inventory accuracy, safety, and logistics costs.
Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–4 years of relevant warehouse, logistics, inventory, or supply chain experience.
Experience dealing with LMW, JKKP/DOSH, BOMBA, Customs, or government agencies is preffered.
Good knowledge of warehouse, inventory, logistics, and compliance processes.
Experience with ERP/Warehouse Management Systems is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Able to liaise professionally with government agencies and external parties.
Organized, detail-oriented, independent, and team-oriented.
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
