Job summary

Nature First Harvest is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse, loading, delivery and logistics operations in Malaysia. The role involves coordinating drivers, vehicles and delivery routes to ensure accurate and on-time deliveries, while maintaining stock control and asset security.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Logistics or related field with 2–3 years of experience in logistics or warehouse operations, and strong leadership and Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse or distribution operations.
• Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work under pressure and handle urgent operational issues.
• Supervisory experience in managing drivers, truck attendants and warehouse staff is preferred.
• Computer literate with basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and reporting.
• Willing to work flexible hours, weekends or public holidays when operations require.
• Possession of a valid driving licence is an added advantage.

• Monitor vehicle condition, servicing, cleanliness and report breakdowns/damages promptly.
• Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Purchasing and other departments on deliveries and operational matters.
