Nature First Harvest is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse, loading, delivery and logistics operations in Malaysia. The role involves coordinating drivers, vehicles and delivery routes to ensure accurate and on-time deliveries, while maintaining stock control and asset security.
The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Logistics or related field with 2–3 years of experience in logistics or warehouse operations, and strong leadership and Excel skills.

Supervise daily warehouse, loading, delivery and logistics operations.
Plan and coordinate drivers, truck attendants, vehicles and delivery routes.
Ensure all deliveries are accurate, complete and on time.
Monitor loading/unloading and ensure goods match invoices/DOs before dispatch.
Ensure proper receiving, storage, picking, packing and movement of stock.
Ensure proper control and safekeeping of company vehicles, diesel cards, Touch 'n Go cards, keys and other company property.
Monitor vehicle condition, servicing, cleanliness and report breakdowns/damages promptly.
Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Purchasing and other departments on deliveries and operational matters.

Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse or distribution operations.
Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
Able to work under pressure and handle urgent operational issues.
Supervisory experience in managing drivers, truck attendants and warehouse staff is preferred.
Computer literate with basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and reporting.
Willing to work flexible hours, weekends or public holidays when operations require.
Possession of a valid driving licence is an added advantage.
