Job summary

Jora Malaysia in Malaysia is seeking an experienced logistics coordinator to coordinate loading and dispatch, track delivery progress, and ensure on-time delivery.

The role also involves handling delays, communicating with customers, validating delivery documents, and supervising drivers to maintain safe handling of goods. You will monitor KPIs, manage returns, and liaise with transporters and logistics providers to optimize costs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of logistics, warehouse, or supply chain management experience.
• Experience in fast-paced FMCG environments.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, transportation planning, and logistics processes.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
• Strong cost control and budget management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
