V SPA REFLEXOLOGY & HEALTH ESTABLISHMENT SDN BHD is seeking a friendly front desk associate to welcome guests and manage bookings at a spa facility. You will handle inquiries, reservations, and payments while explaining services and promotions.

The role requires coordinated teamwork with therapists and staff to ensure smooth daily operations. English and Bahasa Malaysia fluency is essential; knowing Chinese is a plus.

Qualificações

• Fresh graduates welcome; prior reception or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Chinese an added advantage.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced spa environment.
• Able to work on rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome and assist customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Handle enquiries, appointments, and reservations via phone, WhatsApp, and social media.
• Explain spa treatments and services; promote promotions and packages.
• Coordinate appointments and assist with daily front desk operations.
• Process check-ins, check-outs, and payments; maintain records.
• Work closely with therapists and team to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle customer feedback and enquiries professionally.
