Job summary

Park Hyatt Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Spa Receptionist to deliver excellent guest service and manage spa reservations. You will warmly welcome guests, coordinate therapist schedules, and promote spa treatments and retail products to enhance the guest experience.

The role requires strong communication, interpersonal, and sales abilities, as well as the professionalism to maintain composure during peak times. This position operates within the Spa & Fitness Centre daily.

Qualifications

• Due to work permit restrictions, this position is only open to Malaysian Citizens and Permanent Residents of Malaysia.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, front office, wellness, or spa operations would be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of spa operations, reservations handling, and guest service standards are preferred.
• Strong sales and upselling skills with the ability to promote spa treatments, retail products, and memberships.
• Professional appearance and demeanour, with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and time management abilities.
